Return & Refund Policy

At OwnYourCart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or processed.

Once an order is confirmed, processed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately with their Order ID.


Returns

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Original invoice or Order ID is required

  • Return requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Clearance or sale items


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable


Replacements

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement, subject to product availability.

To initiate a request, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for request

  • Clear images or video showing the issue (for returns/refunds)
